AllGreen Capital Ltd is located in the Commonwealth of Dominica, a well-known offshore zone and a preferred location for shady brokerage. Concept4x is an unregulated broker. Problem with unregulated brokers is that they are not reliable and abuse the regulations. Make sure to stay away from this broker as they are anonymous and that they can disappear any time without notice.
To make sure you are dealing with a regulated and known broker, you should be able to find easily who is the CEO of this brokerage firm, who is running it etc. Lack of information is a big red flag since you don’t know who will be dealing with YOUR MONEY. This is the reason why Concept4x is a dangerous broker to deal with.

Tony Gallo seems to me a total con man don’t invest any money with this listing cheat I asked him if I could withdraw profits at any time ,yes any time ok email me he did , when there was £6300 in the kitty I asked for some of the profits No.
Was his answer you will have to wait 3 months ,Tony you didn’t say that when you emailed me you don’t have a contract ,Tony I sent you two.
You have to invest more money.
It goes on then when shoved he collapsed the account looseing £6300 in 48 hours
People don’t trust these people.

Fair Trade?
On May 28, 2020, I made deposits to Concept4x (250 € + 250 €). From the beginning I began to doubt the reliability of this company: “Trade Different – Trade Fair”, they advertise. On May 30, 2020, I asked the company to return the money immediately. We had not yet entered into any agreements. My broker TG and my account manager OM did not require any documents.
I have bank transfer documents for the transfer of the money to Concept4x. Later, many days after my refund request – TG sent me a 5-page draft contract that I should have signed. I did not sign because there were many ambiguities in the contract: among other things, one completely blank page waiting for my sign. I demand a refund immediately. I made notice of our cooperation. I demanded a refund of my money from TG and OM by email and Whatsapp-messages almost 10 times (I have the documents). TG didn’t answer. TG and OM did not say how I should proceed. (Is this “Fair Trade?”) In mid-July, TG wrote that I should contact their compliance and support team.
I wrote to the compliance, but they did not answer. But the support team answered on 14.8.: “Dear Lauri, We have kindly asked you before to submit your compliance documents…” This is nonsense because the support team has NOT contacted me before and NO ONE had requested my identity documents!! But I sent the required documents. The support team has done nothing. Lies and delays! And I’m still waiting for the money.
I really can’t trust this company and its employees. The authorities must intervene with Concept4x!
I have been scammed in the same way as Lauri and John.
